After-School Programs - PS 75 ASP LLC

Welcome to the PS 75 Afterschool Program, where students in grades K-5 enjoy a vibrant mix of academic support, creative arts, physical activities, and enrichment classes, all within a safe and nurturing environment that encourages personal growth, exploration, and lasting friendships.

Program Dates:
The 2024-2025 Aftercare Program runs from September 5th through June 26th.

Program Hours:
2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Pre-registration:
Opens August 12th and closes August 30th for those starting on Thursday, September 5th.

Regular Registration:
Begins September 5th and continues through June 26th.

How to Enroll in Aftercare:

1. Create a Jumbula Account:

   • Add your child as a participant.
   • Select the days of the week for aftercare.

2. Upload Required Documents:

   • Submit a digital copy of your child’s annual NYC Health Examination Form, signed by a physician.
   • If applicable, upload a digital copy of the Individual Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan (Form OCFS-6029 01/2021). Please discuss your child’s condition and needs with the afterschool staff before enrollment.

3. Complete the Registration Process:

   • All registrations will initially be placed on a waitlist while afterschool staff review the student’s information and required forms.
   • Continue through all checkout steps until you receive a notification indicating that a confirmation email will be sent from the system.
